Ejari is a government registered tenancy contract in Dubai. Ejari system is maintained by the Land Department of Dubai Municipality. Ejari contract has to be registered separately after signing the tenancy contract with the landlord.

Ejari typing fees
The fees charged at Ejari typing centers is AED 220. But third party typing centers may charge more to accommodate their fee.
Prepare the above mentioned documents and visit one of the below Ejari typing centers to begin the application. Once the contract is approved, it can be downloaded from the Ejari website.
