A women-only beach will be introduced at Al Mamzar Beach as part of a Dhs400 million redevelopment plan!
Dubai is revamping Al Mamzar Beach with a Dhs400 million development plan, aiming for completion by the end of 2025. The project includes a women-only beach with night swimming, 1,000 metres of running, walking, and cycling paths, a floating pedestrian bridge, and a 2,000 square-metre skateboarding area. Facilities will also include green spaces, children’s play areas, sports amenities, beach lounges, and smart Al-supported rescue systems. Spread over 125,000 square metres, the development connects Al Mamzar Creek Beach to the corniche, enhancing Dubai’s status as a premier beach destination.

- Swimming is not allowed after sunset and also when red flag is raised.
- If yellow flag is raised, swim cautiously and follow the lifeguards’ instructions.
- No swimming near rocks and no crossing of signs that indicate safe swimming areas.
- Littering is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed on the beach.
- Barbecues, campfires or shishas are not allowed.
- No overnight sleep and lodging is allowed on the beach.
- Swimsuits are not allowed in passageways and outside beach area.
- No photography.
- Visitors must wear appropriate swimwear in accordance with Dubai’s customs and culture.
- Children are the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.
- For any personal accident or negligence that leads to theft, Department has no responsibility.
- Without prior permission, selling and marketing within the beach park is prohibited.
