Dear Dubai Land Office
I have a few opinions as follows
Given the rapid development of the real estate market in Dubai, new leasing policies must be introduced (based on the current relevant lawsuit data from the Dubai courts).
Many tenants have become debtors who refuse to move out of their houses, paying very low rents. Landlords are very angry and cannot force them to move out. This has seriously affected the development of Dubai and damaged the confidence of home buyers. Dubai is not a charity organization, nor is it a breeding ground for the poor and debtors.
Policies that do not conform to the development of The Times should be reformed. We cannot have debtors everywhere. You may make tenants comfortable, but what about landlords? One by one, my heart aches. This is unfair.
