   Your tickets can be accessed via email confirmation, through the mobile website, or by being printed at home. They can also be collected at the ticketing counter at La Perle, Al Habtoor City.
2. Can your tickets be refunded or exchanged?
   Refunds or exchanges are not provided in cases of personal circumstances. If a show is cancelled, a new show will be rescheduled or a voucher will be issued.
3. Is your tickets be resold?
   No, any tickets that are resold will be voided without any refund.
4. How can your group booking be made?
   For bookings of 20 or more, the group sales team should be contacted at sales@laperle.com.
5. What happens if your tickets are forgotten?
   If your tickets are forgotten, the ticket booth should be visited with proof of purchase so that a replacement ticket may be issued.
