- Enter your Personal Details (Name, Phone Number, Email, Address)
- Is your child currently studying in a Smart Start Kindergarten school “Yes or No”
- Enter your “Child Details” (Name, Religion, Gender, Date of Birth)
- Click “Proceed”
Documentation
- 4 color Passport photographs for your child
- Copy of UAE Residence Visa and Passport for your child
- Copy of Emirates Identity Card for your child (front and back)
- Copy of Birth Certificate for your child
- Copy of Immunizations/Vaccinations
- Completed and signed Medical Forms with any supporting evidence/information
- A copy of your child’s previous nursery report (if applicable)
