Documents to renew Palestinian passport from Dubai

According to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Palestinian travel documents are no longer valid. A new Travel Document must be obtained as a direct result of this.

  • Original travel document with 2copies
  • Palestine’s blue ID card, or a Lebanese document dated no more than three years ago, or a travel document issued in Lebanon after 2000 with two photocopies.
  • With two photocopies of your UNRWA refugee card.
  • Please keep in mind 2 photos (Passport size with white background) size 3.5*4.5 cm
  • Applicants must appear in person if they are 18 years old or older.
  • For applicants under the age of 18, both parents must be present to sign the consent form in front of the consular officer.
  • Fees: 225 Dhs (for one year) 665 Dhs (for three years in case the Palestinian ID or UNRWA Refugee card are not available) 1105 Dhs ( for 5 years).
  • It will take between six and eight weeks for the Consulate to receive applications for new travel documents that have been sent to Lebanon in diplomatic pouches.
