- No Hawkers are allowed in the market.
- No Posters and advertisements for the sale of vehicles are allowed, except for licensed entities.
- No storage and entry of trucks, heavy machinery, Sale and fishing boats are allowed in the market.
- In the public parking at night, parking cars are not allowed.
- Sale of vehicles in areas not designated for this purpose is not allowed.
- Purchasing vehicles from hawkers is not allowed.
