How was the Baggage delivered at Dubai International Airport (DXB)?
Emirates Airlines offers to deliver its passengers’ bags within the UAE.
For Bookings: Visit the baggage counter in the Arrivals hall of Terminal 3, near exit 1.

Baggage Delivery Service Charge:
- Up to 4 bags: AED 200 or AED250 depending where in the UAE your bags are going.
- For Additional bag: AED10.
Procedure to Reclaim Baggage at DXB
- You can find the Signs above each carousel show which flight(s) bags are from.
- If you can’t find the carousel for your flight, you may contact the Airport Guest Experience Ambassadors team.
Dubai International porters are available at the entrance of the terminals, in Departures, and after Passport Control at Arrivals. Pay to the porter directly.
Baggage reclaim Costs:
- Terminal 1,2 DWC: AED 30 charge
- Terminal 3: AED 40 for a regular trolley
- For a flat-bed trolley: AED 100
Dubai International Airport New Baggage Rules
1. Bags must have at least one flat surface.
2. Keep personal belongings in your hand luggage.
3. Keep a laptop where it can be easily reached: you’ll need to place it in a separate security tray at the security scan.
4. If you want to carry liquids, aerosols or gels in your hand baggage, please follow that:
- Items should be packed inside one clear, re-sealable plastic bag, within your hand baggage.
- Each item not exceed 100ml and the total must be within 1 litre.
- During the trip you may carry medicine, baby milk/foods and special dietary requirements.
5. Two pieces of baggage allowed for international travel, with the total weight not exceeding 32kg. It may vary by airline and fare type.
6. Baggage larger than 90cm long, 75cm high and 60cm wide, or that does not have a single flat surface, will need to be checked in at the oversized baggage counter.
7. Excess baggage must be repacked and charges applied.
8. Remove old baggage tags (it may cause the baggage system to reject the bag).
9. Don’t use cardboard boxes for packing.
10. Keep your travel insurance.
How to find the Lost Baggage in Dubai International Airport?
- Visit Dubai Lost Baggage Service
- Select the Category (Airport pass, bags, bank Cards, Computer, Electrical Goods…)
- Mention the Color / Model / Brand (if needed).
- Enter the First & Second level category.
- Enter the item lost Date and Time.
- Mention the Case Summary.
