How do I file a case in RDC?
- Ejari tenancy contract and certificate.
- Latest DEWA bill.
- Title deed and passport of the landlord (original and copy)
- Tenant’s passport and visa copy.
- Emirates ID (original and copy)
- Rental deposit slips.
How do I upload documents to RDC in Dubai?
- All documents must be submitted in or translated legally into Arabic, and be uploaded on the Rental Disputes Center web page https://rdc.dubailand.gov.ae/ according to the sections described in the system as no hard copies shall be entertained.
