  • Valid passport issued within the last 10 years and must be valid for at least 3 more months beyond the date on which the applicant intends to leave the Schengen territory. For multiple journeys, the validity should be date on which you intend to leave after the last stay.
  • Visa application signed by parent for children under 18
  • UAE Residence visa
  • Recent photograph 
  • Fingerprints required in countries where the Visa Information System is operational during submission of the form.
  • Travel medical insurance worth 30.000 EUR.
  • Proof of stay like Hotels or Invitation letter from a family or friend in Schengen area
  • Latest salary certificate addressed to respective Consulate/Embassy, which should state your start date of your employment,current designation, monthly salary and duration of your leaves.
  • Latest 3 month bank statements
  • Copy of Birth Certificate for your kids

Procedure to Apply for Schengen Visa in Dubai

  1. Check at which Embassy/Consulate you need to apply.
  2. The application must be submitted at the embassy or consulate of the country where you wish to visit.
  3.  Schedule an appointment at the embassy / consulate / visa center.
  4. Biometric information is collected which usually takes about 10minutes.
  5. All necessary documents  mentioned in the form in the specific order should be carried at the time of the interview
  6. Status of visa can be tracked by VAC Reference Number and your date of birth after the successful submission of application form.
