Procedure to make a complaint about telecom service providers (Etisalat, Du) through TDRA website?
- Visit the website
- Login with the UAE Pass
- Select your service provider (Etisalat / Du / Virgin)
- Choose the complaint details (Either Home tv / internet / landline / mobile /postpaid / prepaid)
- Enter the Account number
- Enter the Service provider complaint reference number
- Upload the attachment (proof)
- Submit.
- Once submitted, you will receive a request number from TDRA
Documents required:
- ID card
- Letter of authorization / power of attorney letter (For business customer)
- Proof of document (Phone bill / account details)
