Procedure to make a complaint about telecom service providers (Etisalat, Du) through TDRA website?

  1. Visit the website
  2. Login with the UAE Pass
  3. Select your service provider (Etisalat / Du / Virgin)
  4. Choose the complaint details (Either Home tv / internet / landline / mobile /postpaid / prepaid)
  5. Enter the Account number
  6. Enter the Service provider complaint reference number
  7. Upload the attachment (proof)
  8. Submit.
  9. Once submitted, you will receive a request number from TDRA

Documents required:

  • ID card
  • Letter of authorization / power of attorney letter (For business customer)
  • Proof of document (Phone bill / account details)
