Update Mobile number through the Mobile App:
- Login > select Security Centre > select Mobile Number Update
- You will be asked to authenticate this request with your Smart Pass Pin.
- How to update your mobile number through an ATM:
- Go to Main Menu > Select Requests > Select Mobile Number Update
Update Email Address through Emirates Mobile App or ATMs.

- Go to Main Menu > Select Requests > Select Email Address Update
Required Documents
- Emirates ID / National ID
- Visa
- Passport
- Family ID
- Proof of Residential Address in UAE (Utility bill or other bank statement from last 3 months)

- To fill the Customer Information Update Form
- Visit nearest branch and submit the form after filling in the data with necessary documents.
