Once done, when you create an account in the App, ensure you are using the same email used when purchasing the tickets.Once you’re logged in you will see your tickets on the homepage of the App under ‘Tickets – My Wallet’.

2. Is there a lost property section?

Yes. They have a secure lost and found office next to Gate 9.
The office can be accessed from both inside and outside the event.

3. Can I get a refund?

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer, in which case refunds will be given.
