How to register?

1. Via RTA Website or “Dubai Drive” App

- Navigate to the auctions section (look for RTA website → Plates or Special Plate Auction feature).
- Select the upcoming auction starting August 11.
- Make the Payment using Credit card details or uploading a cheque image.
- After the successful payment, You’ll receive confirmation and access to bidding when the auction opens.
2. At a Customer Happiness Centre (Umm Ramool, Al Barsha, or Deira)
- Visit one of the centres from August 4 onwards.
- Submit your Dubai traffic file, a security cheque for AED 5,000, and the AED 120 registration fee.
- RTA staff will register you manually
- You’ll get login access or bidding credentials accordingly.
