Dubai has unveiled plans for Therme Dubai, the world’s tallest wellbeing resort, set to open in 2028 at Zabeel Park. The Dhs2 billion project will span 500,000 sq. ft., rise 100m high, and host 1.7 million visitors annually. It will feature the world’s largest indoor botanical garden, three 18m waterfalls, a 4,500 sq. m pool, and 15 water slides.

Divided into three zones-Restore, Relax, and Play-the resort will offer thermal baths, saunas, mineral pools, and family-friendly attractions. Inspired by global bathing traditions, it will include Roman, Turkish, Japanese, and Nordic spa experiences. Sustainability is key, with 90% water recycling and 80% clean energy cooling.

Part of Dubai’s Quality of Life Strategy 2033, Therme Dubai aligns with the city’s vision for urban wellness. Therme Group, a global leader in wellbeing, operates similar centers in Europe and North America, with more planned worldwide.
