The six-month job-seeker visa is applicable for those residents who have already left their employment may be by resignation or termination, and are looking for new jobs.The temporary six-month residence is not subject to exemption or extension. You can only transfer his or her residency under a sponsor or leave the country before the visa expires in order to avoid penalties, which include fines and may result in imprisonment and deportation from the state. Violators under the ‘job seeker’ visa are treated the same as violators of a residency visa.
