Formation of Heart of Europe
Nakheel Properties sold parts of The World Islands to investors before 2008. That’s when Joseph Kleindienst started working on Heart of Europe, Dubai. The cluster of beach resorts became a joint venture between Dubai-based JK Properties and Chinese contracting companies. As a result, the six islands are home to hotels, plazas, climate controlled streets and beachfront resorts for families, newlyweds, events, destination weddings and beach parties. Roughly, the project will have 14 hotel resorts and 2,000 villas. It is already one of the top off-plan villa projects as per Dubai Annual Sale Market Report 2020 by Bayut and Dubizzle.

Kempinski Floating Palace
For the first time in Dubai, a luxury hotel will operate as a floating building around which 12 other floating luxury villas are grouped with the possibility to sail to other anchorages at times. Anchored next to one of the most exclusive beach stretches in Dubai on Jumeirah Beach Road, guests of Kempinski Floating Palace are brought to the 156-room-and-suite hotel or their villas by speed boat or arrive directly with their own boats.
