- Customers can use the car anywhere but they are required to start and end their trip in the same city / emirate
- In Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, cars are not allowed to end their trip in Dubai.
- Udrive Starts from Abu Dhabi should end in Abu Dhabi only
- Udrive Starts from Sharjah should end in Sharjah / Ajman
- Udrive Starts from Dubai should end in Dubai only.

Can you park Udrive in any malls / airports / private parking / underground parking?
- No, you cannot park Udrive vehicle in any malls / airports / private parking / underground parking
Can you use Valet parking for Udrive cars?
- Valet parking can be used in the customer’s own cost.
Will it cost to fuel (Petrol/Diesel) the Udrive cars for customers?
- No. Fuel cost is paid by Udrive.
- In Dubai, you can use ENOC / EPPCO
- In Abu Dhabi / Sharjah / Ajman, you can use ADNOC
