What is a RTA Dubai tourism certificate? Why it is required?
- UAE Citizens / Nationals who wants to travel in their own vehicle to another country must obtain a tourism certificate and NOC.
- UAE Citizens travelling to GCC do not require a NOC from the Emirates Motorsports Organization and tourism certificate
- Residents must obtain an NOC from the Emirates Motorsports Organization and a tourism certificate from RTA
Where to apply for a travel ticket?
- Through the Emirates Motorsports Organization from Saturday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Documents required
For Vehicles owned by individuals:
- Original Emirates ID
- Vehicle ownership certificate
- Electronic No Objection Certificate (eNOC) from the mortgagee if the vehicle is under mortgage
- NOC from the Emirates Motorsports Organization in all cases except for citizens, diplomatic and governmental corps and GCC citizens who want to use their vehicles within GCC countries.
For Vehicles owned by companies:
- Official letter in Arabic from the company who request a tourism certificate
- copy of the trade license
- Letter of Credit Authorization Form (LCAF)
- Vehicle ownership certificate
- If the vehicle is under mortgage, Electronic NOC is required
- NOC from the Emirates Motorsports Organization.
