Dubai releases a new official event calendar for 2023

The Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) released its 2023 Retail Calendar, giving consumers a preview of what to expect in the coming year. The emirate will become one of the best destinations in the world to visit and live in as a result of all these activities, it claimed.

The schedule lays out the city’s always-changing array of experiences and events held in 2023 at top-notch malls, locations, and attractions across Dubai.

The 18 events that make up the 2023 Retail Calendar are all focused on elevating Dubai as one of the top cities in the world to live, work, and travel. Ramadan and Eid in Dubai, the return of the renowned Dubai Shopping Festival, the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter Collections of the Dubai Fashion Season, the Dubai Food Festival, Dubai Summer Surprises, and more are all on the schedule.

The seventh annual Dubai Fitness Challenge, which just began its sixth edition, will be held in 2023.

“The Retail Calendar encompasses a packed 12 months of seasonal festivals and campaigns that support our thriving retail community and drive sustainable growth. Aligned with the interests of our citizens and residents, the calendar is also tailored to our key inbound business and leisure visitor markets, enabling us to capitalize on the increased footfall we anticipate in Dubai over the coming year,” said DFRE CEO Ahmed Al Khaja.

“In 2023, we will continue to create exceptional events and activations that support Dubai’s position as a world leader in retail and entertainment experiences. The ongoing success of our retail calendar is a testament to the unwavering support we receive year after year from our partners, stakeholders, and sponsors. Looking ahead, thanks to the strength of these partnerships, it’s clear that the city is ready to deliver another year full of unforgettable experiences for everyone to enjoy.’’
