School / University has started to open after long time because of this pandemic issue. For the safety and wellbeing of Students/Parents/Staff, COVID 19 Travel registration is mandatory. So Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requires to provide the travel history and contact information of parents in case they have traveled recently.
Enter the details such as
- School name,
- School email,
- Student name,
- contact number to get verification number,
- Parent / Guardian name,
- Status of relationship,
- Emirates ID,
- Nationality,
- Travel history such as travel details in past 14 days if any,
- Any contact with COVID 19 affected person
- PCR test done before or not etc
The above mentioned details need to be filled and submit to Covid 19 Corona Registration Dubai Health Authority

My mothers ICA approval is pending. She is here on a visit and the ICA is still showing pending approval since the last 2 weeks. She needs to travel back if the approval will take longer.
