Documents are Required for Renewing the vehicle registration
The following documents are needed to re-register a vehicle:
- Electronic insurance policy, valid for at least 6 months.
- Original Emirates ID plus a colour photocopy for individual applicants.
- Passport photocopy with a valid visa page for residents.
- Electronic mortgage/ loan letter.
- Technical inspection pass certificate.
- For companies, the following are also required:
- Trade licence photocopy.
- Original power of attorney if the owner of the vehicle is not present.
