Embarking on enhancing its customers’ lives, Samsung has raised the ante in the customer experience sphere. The new Samsung Store unveiled by Samsung Gulf Electronics presents a galaxy of experiences. The new multi-experience store was inaugurated by Chung Lyong Lee, president of Samsung Gulf Electronics along with Deepak Babani, the executive vice-chairman of Eros Group and famous Lebanese star Cyrine Abdelnour.
Multi-Experience Store

Inspired by the South Korean bellwether’s Connected Living principle, the multi-experience store is divided in areas dedicated to the most important aspects of today’s digital world. This new Samsung Store is the first of its kind in the Middle East and Africa. The state-of-the-art showroom provides a connected living solution with its products ranging from home appliances like refrigerators and washers to small gadgets like smartphones and wearable electronics. Visitors can also purchase electronics at the center.
New Samsung Store Redefines Customer Experience and Interaction

Samsung has always kept superior customer experience on top priority. The multi-experience store will offer highly-engaging platform for customers to enjoy increased accessibility to the Samsung brands. The key experience aspects of the new Samsung Store includes photography, gaming and a full suite of connected devices, in line with the dynamic and changing trends of today’s consumers. All devices are interactively displayed through an array of in-store customer experience highlights. The store will also hold a stand-alone customer service center. Galaxy Workshop, a customer education programme will be conducted here daily at 7 pm. It will teach customers how to use its products in the multi-experience store.
