mParking: How to pay the parking charge / fees without going to the payment machine / coins?

Customers do not require to visit the payments machine or carry money to pay the parking fees. Just send SMS like the following format

How to reserve a RTA parking ticket?

1.Send a text message from your mobile phone

2. For the unregistered users, send SMS as

Vehicle Plate Number>Space><Zone number><Hours> to 7275 (PARK)

Example: A A00000 123A
Example: A A00000 123A 1/2
Example: A A00000 123A 2

3. For the registered users, send SMS as

User ID>Space><area number><Hours> to 7275 (PARK)

Example: Ali1 123A 1/2
Example: Ali1 123A 1
Example: Ali1 123A 2

4. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation message

Alert message:

An alert message will be receiven in your phone upon 10 minutes before the end of the time

In case if you need to extend the hour, text the letter “n to 7275 (PARK)”
