I called Emirates Hospital call center twice over the past 2 weeks inquiring about something
Twice the person( whose name I will withold since I do not wish to cause him any harm) promised to call back with the information and he never did
Even though I kindly asked him the 2nd time not to forget to reply
Maybe additional training is required
