What is Dubai Connect?
Dubai Connect is a complimentary hotel service offered by Emirates for passengers that have a long layover between flights through Dubai International Airport (DXB).
How to Book Dubai Connect online?
- Book your flights, then use your surname and reference number to log in.
- Go to their Manage section and choose Dubai Connect.
- Add the service at least 24 hours ahead of your flight to Dubai.
Dubai Connect is available for the passengers travelling within the UAE such as Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah,
How can I get Dubai connect visa?
Visas and transfers
- The Dubai Connect booking includes a complimentary visa, which should be prearranged prior to arrival for those nationalities requiring a visa to enter the UAE, or on arrival subject to UAE Immigration approval.
- When you arrive, a complimentary coach will take you to and from your hotel.
How can I check my Dubai connect eligibility?
- Passenger has to book an Emirates Flight
- If you booked your flights through a travel agent, you can give them a call to check if you’re entitled to their Dubai Connect service.
- They will be able to book the service for you, or you can do it yourself online using your reference number.
Dubai Connect Meals Details
All applicable meals are included in your hotel booking. You may need to show a credit card at check‑in just to secure any extras like mini‑bar snacks, spa treatments or dining expenses that aren’t included in the Dubai Connect service.

Dubai Connect Stopover Packages
- Dubai Connect Services are available to passengers with a connecting stopover time of 10 to 24 hours, or 8 to 26 hours for bookings made on or after 11 October 2022.
- This applies to all cabin classes (First Class, Business, Premium Economy and Economy).
