• You will leave the start and run/walk to the first doughnut station (1KM) where you will eat 1 doughnut.
• Ready to leave the station (with an empty mouth) They will be given a wristband and run back towards the finish.
• Every 1km you stop running and eat a doughnut until you decide to finish.
• They will be given a wristband for every doughnut eaten.
• Awards for overall winners of each km run.

• Free parking is available at the event venue.
