Beginning on October 28 is the 7th iteration of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.

3 September 2023, Dubai (WAM) The seventh Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is scheduled to begin on October 28 and go through November 26, 2023.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s main fitness initiative aims to make Dubai one of the world’s most active cities. He is the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.

With a jam-packed schedule of events and activities, the Dubai Fitness Challenge inspires the entire community of Dubai to adopt a healthier lifestyle by pledging to work out for 30 days straight for 30 minutes each day.

DFC, established in 2017, is a yearly inclusive fitness movement that promotes Dubai’s powerful sports and fitness infrastructure and encourages locals to develop enduring healthy habits. 2.2 million people participated in the event last year, which was a record number. Notable marquee activities on Sheikh Zayed Road brought in nearly 35,000 cyclists for the Dubai Ride and 193,000 runners for the Dubai Run.

Dubai Ride will take place this year on Sunday, November 12, and Dubai Run will mark the end of the challenge on Sunday, November 26. Families, recreational runners, bikers, and fitness enthusiasts will get the chance to enjoy Sheikh Zayed Road’s prominent sites while participating in either of these activities.
