- UAE National aged between 21 and 65 years (at the card expiry date) or if you are UAE resident aged between 21 and 63 years (at the card issuance date).

How can I activate the new card?
You can easily activate your new card by following any of the options given below:
- Log in to CBD app and follow instructions to activate your card
- SMS ACT along with the last 4 digits of your debit card number to 4266 (e.g. ACT 1234 from your registered mobile number with CBD
- Contact to 04 211 2818 and follow the instructions on IVR (you will require telephone PIN) or speak to one of our customer service representatives
