Dubai’s first 3D-printed mosque is set to open by mid-2026, accommodating 499 worshippers. The eco-friendly project, costing Dhs18 million, aligns with Dubai’s sustainability efforts. Alongside, 55 new mosques are planned, adding capacity for 40,961 worshippers. In 2024, 24 mosques were built, and sermons in 70% of mosques will be translated into English. Dubai continues to enhance mosque energy efficiency, reducing carbon footprints. These developments come ahead of Ramadan, expected to begin on March 1.
