Area of operations

• Represent Nexus as required to the outside world, whether that is the Regulator, media, suppliers, Government bodies or customers.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards and ensure that all sales activity is within the correct legal requirements, compliance and best working practices to minimize any possible risk to the company

Education

• Degree holder
• 10 years’ experience in Agency/Sales Management at a senior level within a direct sales force environment in the Financial Services industry.

Knowledge

• Detailed knowledge of life assurance direct sales distribution
• Knowledge of insurance practices & the local insurance environment preferably with a knowledge of the Middle East
• Proven experience managing a large team
