Job description / Role

Main responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
• Oversee onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Evaluate progress and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques Collaborate with engineers, architects determine the specifications of the project
• Determine needed resources with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met


• BSc. in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years total work experience
• Minimum 7 years as a project manager
• Minimum 5 years experience in UAE
• Consultancy experience is mandatory
• Experience in Infra works for building is mandatory
• Able to manage large teams and multiple projects
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
• Good knowledge of construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication, organizational and negotiation skill
