Our client is an international, Italian company that plans and builds high-tech industrial plants, being particularly specialized within the Oil & Gas sector; the company realizes important infrastructural projects in the fields of transportation and complex constructions. This commitment has been at the heart of the company for forty years and have brought their know-how and skills all over the world, offering Engineering & Contracting services to private customers, to public administrations and to oil companies.
This is a multi faceted role which reports directly the Administration manager of the UAE Office. The role requires an individual with knowledge of the DMCC jurisdiction and portal system, who is able to multi task and think on their feet. Strong HR knowledge of UAE labour Law is essential and the role encompasses full PRO responsibility with DMCC authorities. You will complete joining formalities, arrange new joiner packs, conduct induction sessions and maintain personnel records. Additionally, you will prepare offer letters, salary certificates etc. and arrange medical insurance cover for all staff and act as the company liaision with the DMCC.
Strong IT skills, a numeric mind set together with exemplary attention to detail are a must, as maintaining the employee files both in soft and hard copies is paramount to the role, as the firm employs many contractors globally. The ability to prioritise an ever changing workload is essential as you will also be responsible for general HR and office administration and general office support in the absence of the Administration Manager.
